CreditSunrise Fictional is located at the corner of Main and Fourth Street Street. Once an old Hall, it has been renovated to accommodate two floors with an upper balcony. The location has a stage already built in which makes it invaluable as new stages on Main Avenue are against by-laws. Sam has already spoken to his Metro councillor and has satisfied the neighbourhood that there will be no additional noise. He even installed triple-paned windows to buffer the sound from the neighbourhood at a $0.00 cost. John and Sam have gone to great lengths to ensure they honour their commitments to this neighbourhood. As well, they have negotiated valet parking at the local school to ease the parking frustrations along Main Street.

The building was first built as a church and explains the high cathedral ceiling on the main floor. The renovations have uncovered beautiful brickwork, vaulting ceilings, and large windows that we suspect held stained glass.
